We have fixed-pricing structures to eliminate the frustrating up-and-down pricing that makes it so difficult to budget for food costs. We also offer a market buying structure as a cost-plus program. We pride ourselves on offering a new way for small companies to increase profit, quality, and the ability to forecast food costs.
(We are currently focusing the southeast for independent buying programs.)
