We work to find solutions that will meet the growing challenges for the produce needs of independent restaurants. We have an innovative new program, allowing a one- to 10-store restaurant to have the same advantages and service that the larger chains receive on produce purchases and shipping.

We have fixed-pricing structures to eliminate the frustrating up-and-down pricing that makes it so difficult to budget for food costs. We also offer a market buying structure as a cost-plus program. We pride ourselves on offering a new way for small companies to increase profit, quality, and the ability to forecast food costs.
